Indonesian Citizens, Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Universitas Brawijaya, Malang, and a Master’s Degree in Law from Universitas Gajah Mada, Yogyakarta, with work experience in the Legal field for 18 years. Actively participating in several trainings in the Legal field and Corporate Governance. Currently also serving as Director of PT Win Bagraf Bersaudara in the property and housing sector.

Started a career in the electronics and information technology industry as a Legal Staff in January 2006, then continued in PT Adhimix Precast Indonesia in the concrete industry and construction services sector as Legal & GA Head from 2006 to 2014. Then, from 2014 to 2024, joined PT Angkasa Pura Hotel in the Hospitality sector as a Jr. Legal Manager, Legal & Corporate Secretary, General Manager of Inflight Catering, and VP of Corporate Secretary.

His career journey continued at PT Berdikari Manajemen Investasi as Head of the Management Performance Strategy Department from 2020 to July 2024 and as Director of PT Win Bagraf Bersaudara in the Property and Housing sector until the present. Mr. Wahyu Hendriyono rejoined PT Berdikari Manajemen Investasi in September 2024 as Commissioner.
