Investment Risk
Reduced NAB
The risk of reducing NAV is the risk that occurs due to lower asset prices in a Mutual Fund portfolio.
Breach of contract
It is a risk that arises because the parties involved in a Mutual Fund transaction cannot fulfill the obligations stated in the contract to other related parties, thus potentially causing a loss of investment value.
Liquidity
Is the risk that arises due to the payment of the proceeds from the redemption of a Mutual Fund that cannot be paid by the Investment Manager. If the assets or securities in the portfolio of a Mutual Fund are not liquid (difficult to find), it will be difficult for the Investment Manager to sell back the Mutual Fund portfolio in a short time, so that the payment of investment returns to investors will be delayed.
Market Risk
Risks that occur due to changes in the economy and politics in the country or changes in regulations that can affect the performance of companies and securities issuers.
